International/Domestic Customers: What about custom taxes and duties? Will I be invoiced any when order from you?

In most cases (But for the most part), you will not be invoiced any custom taxes or duties upon shipment delivery. Indeed, we have all orders packed in small carton boxes, with the mention "gift, no value for customs". Though , in marginal cases (we recorded 5 cases last year), a shipment can be applied to custom taxes and duties. Although we are not liable for those taxes and duties, we always offer our clients a partial compensation solution. Each situation is dealt with case by case by our customer service office.

  1. I've ordered and received my item, it's great, but I've changed my mind, can I change it?

    Please try to decide carefully before you make your order, but if you do change your mind, send us the product up to 4 days after you received it, the shipping fee will be spent by you, and choose another like product. A $25 re-stocking fee will be applied and we will send you your new product.

  2. Sometimes  support response is delayed, why?

    Our company is handling a very large volume of emails on our products. We will try to reply to all our emails within 24 hours during the weekdays Please help yourself in finding the answers u want from our FAQ section. We have placed all the frequently asked questions here to speed up the process. If you can not find the answers you are going to contact us.

  3. What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?

    If you ordered a physical product and it is damaged or missing, please contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another like/similar product out to you once we receive the damaged one back.

  4. What if my courier asks me to pay some custom taxes. While ordering from your site will I be invoiced?

    Only in some very rare cases, you will have to pay customs fees or taxes of $10 or $20 for countries East of Europe.

  5. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    You can contact us based on our information if you wish to cancel or change your order. If we do not hear from you about canceling or changing orders within 24 hours, we will deal with the shipment for you.

  6. Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within 7 days from order date. All items sent back to us must be in original condition: not worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached. You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee. If the parcel reached you, but you do not want to sign for it and the parcel is returned to us, we will charge you 20% of the order amount as our fee. If to ship the order by sending us the shipping costs, you choose leaving the parcel and not returning it to us, we will charge you 50% of the order amount because we will have lost the shipping fee and the item.

  7. Order handling time

    After orders are paid, the warehouse department generally takes 3-6 working days (Affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-10 working days) for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for shipment.

  8. Refund Policy:

    a. For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada, Discount Gallery Zone will refund if the total shipping time more than 30 days.

    b.  Note: Order delay caused by delivery pending, such as an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, Discount Gallery Zone will not refund you.

    We will not refund because of unforeseen circumstances, such as an epidemic, strike, natural disaster, war, etc.

    We will not refund if the package is ever shipped to the following countries:

    Haiti; Kyrgyzstan; Madagascar; Mauritius; Bangladesh; Nepal; Nicaragua; Swaziland; Jamaica; Zambia; Ecuador; Peru; Bolivia; Chile; Argentina; Uruguay; Egypt; Sudan; Libya; Algeria; Angola; Bahamas; Benin; Belize City; Burundi; Dominican Republic; Gambia; Grenada; Cuba; Palestine; Paraguay; Guatemala; Reunion; The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; Hawaii; Alaska; Guadeloupe; Martinique; and French Guiana.

  9. Shipping Method

    UK Express:

    All UK packages will be shipped by UK Express by default.

    US Express:

    US Express can only deliver to the U.S(Military base not included) by USPS. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfilling an order by reaching out to mailto:discountgalleryzone@gmail.com

  10. Delivery Time

    US Express: Average delivery time is 7-12 days.

    UK Express: Average delivery time is 6-10 days.

    Note: In busy season, there may be 3-5 days delay.

    As a Discount Gallery Zone platform, in order to help customers obtain more cost-effective shipping services, Discount Gallery Zone  provides customers in North America and (UK)Europe,  with flexible shipping methods, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, , USPS etc.

    Generally, faster shipping time corresponds to a higher freight rate, you can choose it according to your needs.

    DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo do not support shipping addresses with "P.O.BOX" or "BOX". If you choose the above shipping method, please be sure to fill in the accurate shipping address.

    Shipping time

    Affected by Covid-19, the international logistics shipping time has been extended more than usual, and the freight rates of logistics companies have been at a relatively high level, which has become a common problem in the world.

    Each shipping method corresponds to a different shipping time, and the logistics company will deliver the package within the time agreed upon by the current shipping method.

    The shipping method you choose means that you agree to or accept the shipping time required for that shipping method.

    In case of irresistible factors (bad weather, shipping congestion, special festivals, etc.) the shipping time may be postponed momentarilly. This should not be your reason for after-sales then disputing the order.

    During major holidays such as Christmas, order processing and delivery time will be forced to be extended accordingly. In order not to affect your sales, it is recommended that you arrange your purchase plan in advance.

  11. Shipping Fee

    Tracking your packages

    We provide complete and timely logistics information tracking for all orders in Discount Gallery Zone.

    Only the packages that have been packaged and sent to logistics companies can be tracked with logistics information.
